How do I request an offer?+
Complete the vehicle questionnaire with your VIN, current mileage, condition, and contact details. Ashley will review the information and follow up. Submitting the form does not commit you to a sale.
Who is buying my vehicle?+
Ashley buys vehicles on behalf of Jacobs Automotive Group. The purchasing entity and all sale terms will be confirmed before you agree to sell.
Is this an instant or guaranteed offer?+
No. The form requests a personal review. Any offer depends on the vehicle’s details, condition, history, and verification. Final terms will be discussed before you decide.
What if I still owe money on my vehicle?+
Select “Financed” in the questionnaire and share your approximate payoff if you know it. Ashley can discuss your situation and the requirements before a sale is arranged.
Does damage mean I can’t submit my vehicle?+
You can describe exterior, interior, mechanical, accident, flood, or hail damage in the form. Please include known issues so Ashley can assess whether the vehicle is a fit. Submitting a request does not guarantee a purchase.
What paperwork should I have ready?+
Have your registration, identification, title or lender information, and any available service records ready for discussion. Ashley will confirm the documents needed for your particular vehicle and ownership situation.
How and when will I be paid?+
Payment method, timing, inspection, and handover arrangements will be confirmed with you before you agree to sell.
