Privacy & your information

When you request an offer, you provide your name, email, phone number, vehicle ZIP code, VIN, mileage, vehicle details, and condition and ownership answers. You may also choose to upload vehicle photos.

How your information is used

Your request is saved so Ashley can review your vehicle and contact you about a possible purchase on behalf of Jacobs Automotive Group. A summary of your inquiry may be emailed to Ashley at a92lab@gmail.com. Relevant information may be shared with the dealership to assess the vehicle and arrange next steps. Submitting this form is not an agreement to sell your vehicle or a request for unrelated marketing.

What to include

Please provide only the vehicle and contact information requested. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, copies of identification, loan account numbers, faces, or license plates in your description or photos.

Storage and service providers

Submitted requests are stored in this website’s database; optional photos are stored privately with the website’s hosting provider. Only the site owner’s signed-in account can view requests and photos through the owner inbox. Website hosting, storage, and email delivery providers process this information to operate the site. The questionnaire does not save your entries in browser storage; unfinished entries may be lost when you leave or refresh the page.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure public page visits, traffic sources, offer-button clicks, and progress through the vehicle form. Analytics may use cookies and device or browser information. We do not send your VIN, mileage, vehicle condition answers, photos, name, email, phone number, or inquiry reference in our analytics events. The private owner inbox is excluded from this tracking.
